We keep a file of your past purchases in our website. You can download them by accessing to the “My account/Downloads” sections of our website or by accessing to the following link: https://www.medicalstories.pro/my-account/downloads/.
Considering that Digital files are immediately delivered after the purchase, this policy shall only be appliable to physical orders.
1.1. Shipment processing time
All orders for physical items are processed within 2-3 business. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay in shipment of your order it’s expected, we will contact you via email or telephone.
1.2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
IPAR provides worldwide shipping and sends orders to its customers through different express transport companies of recognized national and international prestige, as well as through the State Postal Service.
The shipping costs will be calculated at the shopping bag.
Before confirming your order, you will be informed about the approximate transport deadlines. The delivery date at the Client’s address depends on the availability of the chosen item and the shipping area.
Approximately, the delivery terms are the following (all of them counted as business days):

The transport deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. In case of not having stock of the ordered item, IPAR will duly notify this as soon as possible to the Client.
IPAR will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Order according to the estimated delivery time, however, these estimated delivery times are not binding and are not part of the contract. IPAR shall not be responsible for losses or damages caused by delays.
The Client shall not be entitled to compensation or contract cancellation due to a delay in delivery, unless the delay was caused by IPAR or its supplier, and can be attributed to wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If the delay in delivery exceeds thirty (30) days, the Client shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and shall be refunded of the payments already effected.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, if IPAR is unable to deliver the ordered item through no fault of its own, because our supplier does not fulfil its contractual obligations, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the Client will be advised immediately of the unavailability of the item. We will then return the sums paid by you within the following thirty (30) days from the end of the delivery period (in case of impossibility to supply the item due to its non-availability).
Insofar as it is impossible to effect delivery to the Client, because the Client cannot be found at the address indicated, although the Client was apprised of the delivery date with a reasonable period of time, the Client shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
1.3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain your tracking number.
1.4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
The prices shown on our website includes all taxes within the European Union.
In other territories outside the European Union, import taxes, tariffs and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For more information on charges, contact your local customs office.
1.5. Risk and title
Your order will be delivered at the place of delivery specified in IPAR’s shipping confirmation. Risk of loss, damage and theft of the items is transferred to the Client upon delivery.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Items shall remain property of IPAR until complete and final payment of the purchase price, including any transportation charges, taxes and late payment interests. The Client will always ensure that the goods subject to retention of title remain recognizable as the property of IPAR. In case the Client resells or pledges goods that are subject to retention of title, it will notify the third party that the goods are subject to retention of title from IPAR.
- Returns Policy
We accept cancellations and modifications of the orders placed exclusively for physical items as long as those items have not been shipped. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the item and then proceed to its return, provided that the conditions explained above are met.
In case of orders placed for Digital files, its cancellation or modification will be possible as long as you have not downloaded the Digital file within the following 14 days after its purchase.
Be sure to provide your order number and let us know the modification you wish to make. We will confirm to you the modification once it has been made.
2.2. Right of withdrawal
You dispose of 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it or from the formalization of the purchase in case of purchasing a Digital file. You shall communicate to us, within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, your desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as we shipped it to you and in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals or promotional gifts. If the condition of the item that is returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. In case of purchase of a Digital file, the right of withdrawal will not proceed when the Client has started downloading it. In this case, the beginning of said download will mean for the Client the loss of the withdrawal right.
To exercise your withdrawal right you must notify IPAR in writing and may be served by sending it to any of the addresses specified below, in a manner that proves the receipt of the notice.

In both cases, IPAR will notify you without delay about the receipt of such withdrawal.
In the event that the Client has expressly selected a delivery method different from the ordinary delivery, IPAR will not reimburse the additional costs arising from it.
If an item other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake of IPAR, the correct item will be delivered, picking up the mistaken one, without any additional charge for the Client.
2.3. Return & Refund Procedure
In order to proceed with the return of the item, you must fill a return request form and send it to the address below together with the returned item, before the expiration of the above-mentioned deadline (14 days). If the return form is not available, please include your name, email address, order number and item number, along with the reason of return.
Send the item back to us with a carrier of your choice at the following address: C/ Port Grec 49, 5º-1ª, Empuriabrava, CP 17487 – Spain.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify to you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is confirmed, we will proceed to refund without undue delay all payments received from you, including delivery costs, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the above-mentioned reimbursement using the same payment method used by you in the initial transaction. In any case, you will not incur in any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2.4. Incomplete deliveries and damages and faulty items
IPAR is not responsible for the damage or loss that may occur to goods after delivery. If a package is lost or damaged after being delivered, it is the responsibility of the Client.
IPAR undertakes to provide a replacement or a refund for any goods that could be defective or damaged prior to delivery, or if the items received are not the items originally ordered. IPAR will not accept any items opened, items must be kept in the condition in which you received them.
When exchanging damaged or faulty item or incorrect deliveries, we will dispatch replacement items to you free of charge, as long as you first return to us the items received in the same conditions in which you received them.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:
- a) the full purchase price
- b) the shipping costs incurred in delivering the items to you (if only one part of an order is returned to us, we may reduce the amount of the shipping costs we refund to you); and
- c) the shipping costs to return the items to us; provided that you should first return the items to us in the condition in which you received them. If you fail to fulfil this requirement, we may charge you for the items or the cost incurred in collecting them from you.
2.5. Shipping for returns
Unless expressly provided in these terms, the Client will be responsible for paying his own shipping costs to return the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
